When pigments are introduced, the skin gradually regulates their retention, and partial fading is an inevitable physiological response. The touch-up restores color intensity, sharpness, and uniformity once initial healing is complete. It allows precise calibration of pigment depth, tone, and gradient, tailored to each client’s skin type, facial features, and healing response. Standard treatments usually require two sessions, while more complex cases such as scarred or uneven skin, contour adjustments, or lip lightening may need a third session.
